Fieldstone Home Unveils a Cozy New Community, Tucked Away in the Traverse Mountains

(Good Things Utah) Finding your perfect home can take lots of research and planning, which is why many new homeowners have recently decided to build instead of buy. In Utah, one of the most acclaimed home builders is Fieldstone Homes, which has been constructing homes in the Greater Salt Lake area since 1998. Now with 40 years in business, Fieldstone Homes has built nearly 6,000 homes and opened 12 flourishing communities around the state.

There are a variety of floor plans available when using Fieldstone Homes. Once a home buyer has selected a floor plan, they have the opportunity to personalize the home with no pressure in the Fieldstone Design Studio. Future residents also have the chance to work hand-in-hand with a professional design team to ensure they’re kept informed and love the final product once construction completes.

A brand new community from Fieldstone Homes is now open called Canyon Point. Located up Hidden Canyon in Lehi, this neighborhood has unbeatable views, conveniently sitting near both hiking trails and popular retail hubs of Utah County.

“Most people don’t know it’s here… what’s so special about Canyon Point is the views of the valley are phenomenal,” says Kellie Little with Fieldstone. “…but what’s even better is you’re in a little canyon. It feels quiet, peaceful, and you can walk right out into a trail to go up the mountains.”

One new floor plan offered through Fieldstone Homes in this Lehi community is The Stella. The single-family home can be up to 3,312 total square feet, opening this two-story floor plan up to an abundance of natural light throughout. A flex room found close to the entrance, is ideal for an office, gym, or formal gathering area. The two-car garage, with an optional space for a third car, leaves plenty of room for residents to park their vehicles year-round. The Stella also features a state-of-the-art kitchen containing a massive island with enough seating for 4 and lots of countertop space.

Kellie remarks: “We just opened phase two, so now we have lots available. It’s time to come check out Canyon Point.”
