After the initial 36-month period, the payment will be calculated using the full note rate of 5.75% resulting in a monthly principal and interest payment of $2,627 for the remaining 27-year term. The example is based on a 95% loan-to-value (LTV). The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is 6.347%. There is no prepayment penalty. The actual interest rate, APR and payment may vary based on the specific terms of the loan selected, verification of information, your credit history, the location and type of property, and other factors as determined by Lender.
