WHAT ARE RENTAL SUITES?

Our Rental Suites (Accessory Dwelling Units or ADU’s), are also referred to as accessory apartments, second units, in-law apartments or granny flats.  You can add this option as you build your new home.   Use this affordable option to add an apartment to your home that you can rent out.  You can add a Rental Suite with living quarters on our single-family homes that are independent of the primary dwelling unit. The separate living spaces are equipped with kitchen and bathroom facilities, and are attached.
